With over two decades of industry experience, Hillary Morgan serves as Senior Vice President and Special Commercial Counsel for Fidelity National Title’s National Commercial Services Utah team. In this capacity, she manages commercial transactions nationwide, overseeing sales initiatives, title and search examinations, and escrow processes, all while nurturing client relationships.

Hillary launched her career as the President and Owner of Morgan Title & Escrow, Inc., where she focused on residential and commercial real estate and facilitated a strategic merger with Old Republic Title to expand direct operations in Utah. She advanced to Utah State Counsel, leading a commercial team that closed $7.3 billion in transactions by 2022. Hillary then spent nearly a decade at Old Republic Title as Senior Commercial Underwriter and as Branch Manager for the Salt Lake National Commercial Services Office, successfully managing $12+ billion in transactions by 2024, showcasing her expertise in complex transaction management.

Originally from Idaho Falls, Idaho, she enjoys snow skiing in the majestic Wasatch Mountains. She and her husband, Scott, are proud parents of six children.
